It all started in my Grandmothers house. Every holiday we would have a baking event. It grew into a tradition and even after she passed I have continued the tradition with my boys. It just brings happiness to all of us. 

I went to The Art Institute to learn Culinary but most of what I have learned to this day was hands-on experience from home. I competed on The Food Network for Cupcake Wars and won 2nd Place. 

I continue to play at home with and experiment with new creations. Thats what makes baking fun. I love the science and creativity that comes with it all.
